What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is someone who counsels and encourages an individual through personal or career challenges. They help to guide individual in reaching their ultimate goals through their own work during regular sessions. A Life Coach can help in many areas of life but because each person is different, this means their end goals will be too.
What kind of person needs a Life Coach?
Anyone can seek solace from a Life Coach. Often, people like to just talk away from friends and family, using a neutral platform to do so. No matter how trivial a problem is to one, it can be huge to another and must never be underestimated. Talking a healthy way to sort out what is going on in your head.
What will you talk about?
You will be encouraged to talk about your struggles, anxieties, concerns currently within your life and their impact on you and your wellbeing. It’s helpful for your Life Coach to have a full picture of your and your life so that they can best support you. This can of course take a few sessions, as you need to feel comfortable talking about personal elements and opening up with your inner most personal thoughts.
What ages/gender do I support?
There is no hard a fast rule here and I whole heartedly encourage everyone that wants to talk, to come and talk. If you are under 16, you will need parental agreement to enter sessions and as for your gender, however you identify, you are most welcome. I am here to help you.....
